The role
We're looking for a senior visual designer to join our team and create social media ads that actually perform. You'll concept, prototype, test, and iterate all while using real data to sharpen your work over time.
The best ideas here often start with "wouldn't it be funny if…" We back those instincts, and we're not afraid to push our clients to do the same. Design for the human on the other side of the screen, not for the brief.
What you'll do
Design social ads for paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and beyond
Build and maintain your own Figma components and design systems
Prototype quickly, test ideas, and refine based on what the data tells you
Collaborate on briefs and bring original creative thinking to every project
What we're looking for
Senior-level visual design experience, ideally in advertising or performance marketing
Strong Figma skills: you build proper components and design systems, not one-off files
A test-and-learn mindset: you're comfortable letting results guide your decisions
Fast turnaround without cutting corners on craft
Curiosity, a sense of humour, and a genuine interest in what makes people click
