Senior Performance Marketer - Remote

 

The Role

You’ll use hands-on skills to build campaigns in Google Ads Manager and Facebook Ads Manager and other platforms.

You’ll write ads, brief designers & copywriters and analyse the results. You’ll create experiments and test them weekly to realise tangible marketing results for our clients.

About You

  • You’re a technical aficionado with a love of learning. In your spare time, your insatiable curiosity leads you to seek out learning opportunities wherever they may be. You enjoy building new processes and procedures.

  • You’re a fast worker with a keen attention to detail and a wide range of skills.

  • You’re excellent with all things online. If you don’t know how to use an online platform, you’ll face the challenge of working it out. If you’re unsure how to solve the problem, you’ll find a way.

  • You have deep experience in Google or Facebook ad platforms.

  • You know your way around spreadsheets, formulas, and (bonus points) know how to code. When you see an opportunity to automate something, you can do it.

  • You're smart, you think differently, and you care about getting things done.

Must-haves

  • Deep expertise in one paid marketing channel (Facebook, Instagram, Paid search)

  • You’re good with words and better with numbers

  • Test-and-learn approach

  • You love learning

  • You can organise yourself

  • You learn from data

  • You’ll Google and work it out if you don't know something

  • Open to finding a better way

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent with Sheets/Excel

  • 2+ years of ad writing experience

  • GMT +11 (Give or take a few hours)

Nice-to-haves

  • General experience in multiple marketing channels (Email, SMS, etc.)

  • Experience setting up GTM from scratch

  • Data manipulation

  • Figma

  • A/B testing experience

In a typical week, two months from now, you:

  1. Setting up tracking events in GTM

  2. Writing 25 new ads

  3. Adding 200 new keywords in ad account

  4. Working out how to do something you’ve never done before

  5. Sharing insights from your latest ad experiments
