Account Manager - Remote
The Role
We’re looking for an energetic, people-focused Account Manager to join our team in a
full-time role. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, loves
problem-solving, and can keep their cool when clients need extra support.
You’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they get the best possible
experience while working with us. The core focus of this role is expanding services with current
clients, delivering ongoing value, and making sure clients continue to extend their engagement
with us. You’ll also play a role in the sales process, running discovery and sensemaking calls
with low- and mid-tier clients across a wide range of industries.
With your background in customer service, consulting, or sales, you’ll use your people skills and
marketing knowledge to translate our work into terms clients understand and get things done
quickly.
We see this sales as more sense-making (helping our clients understand and solve their
problems) rather than a greasy slicked back hair door to door sales approach.

Run discovery and sensemaking calls with low- and mid-tier clients across a wide

About You
High energy and people skills - you love talking to clients and stay upbeat in tough
talksPast experience in customer service, consulting, or sales with strong, fast work skills
